The Job Duties will include:

  • Getting in touch with the leads provided by marketing team and give ideas how to make more leads.
  • Handling the team of Tele Callers to train them to generate more walkin.
  • Building a relationship with prospective clients.
  • Regular Reporting and Analysis of the Leads.
  • Staying Proactive to ask for referrals and generate more admissions.
  • Handling student walkins for Multimedia Courses, effectively address their queries regarding courses and provide comprehensive consultancy with endtoend solution.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information regarding Admission and Various courses and other mandatory requirements
  • Guide students in identifying and building a career path.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
  • Ability to generate Walkins and Leads through social media leads.
  • Generate Leads with various activities.
  • Must have the ability to generate sales and business.
  • Excellent Communication (English, Hindi and Punjabi) & Interpersonal Skills to build strong rapport with the students/clients.
  • Responsible and motivated to give your best.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines and achieve targets.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana , Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
