Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Industry experience of 4+ years, specifically in IT Services
  • Experience on supporting the End-to-End Bid Management process for creating quality proposal documents prepared in response to formal RFP/ RFQ/ RFIs, informal business need requests, orals presentation and analyst propositions
  • Understand requirements stated in RFP/RFI and create/ stitch together a winning proposal/presentation based on inputs from multiple technology and domain teams
  • Identify inter-dependencies and create an overall bid project plan with defined tasks, deliverables, and associated timelines and track it to closure.
  • Should be able to participate in leadership level calls to present Innova capabilities along with Region Heads / CoE Heads / Sales Heads Working hands-on on critical opportunities
  • can be capability presentations for a large customer on a specific area of expertise or working with team on a large RFP (> 2M USD size)
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on proposal best practices, including writing and presentation skills.
  • Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring all proposals are submitted on time and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure all proposals comply with company policies and standards and meet client requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate proposal development processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with business development, technical SMEs, and other stakeholders to develop winning strategies and content for proposals.
  • Review and approve all proposal content to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with RFP requirements and internal standards.
  • Conduct regular win/loss reviews to identify areas for improvement in the bid management and proposal development process.
  • Ensure proposal timelines are met, and all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and knowledge management databases.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to stay up to date with industry best practices.
  • Must ensures that a high quality competitive and compelling bid response is created and delivered to the Customer.
  • Should be aware of IT Software development lifecycle, processes, and tools & technologies (Digital, DevOps, Agile, Cloud, Big Data, RPA etc.)
  • Should be aware of different pricing models prevalent in the IT industry
  • Managed Services, Outcome-based, Fixed-price, T&M etc.
  • Must coordinate with different internal business & support teams to secure the required resources for related Presales activities.
