Sales Representative for Ad Media in BBInstant
Location - Hyderabad
Salary - 5 LPA - 7 LPA
Job description
What would you be doing in this role?
- Solely responsible for selling digital advertising spaces on Bbinstant machines in your city
- Visiting local businesses and brands and selling ad space (We have captive audiences in apartments and corporates where our machines are deployed)
- Identifying partnership opportunities and developing new relationships to grow digital ad sales revenue
- Onboarding & maintaining relationships with the partners and resolving issues
- Become an expert in Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes and provide recommendations to suit their requirements
- Own key business metrics like ads revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with the partners
- Lease creation and maintaining operations portal
- Create & maintain a database to store all the relevant details of partners
- Maintaining weekly & monthly reports.
- Work closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver the expected results
- Feedback collection from customers for improving the overall services and providing constant feedback to the product team to improve advertising performance and customer experience
Who are we looking for
- MBA with 2+ years of experience in advertising sales and managing large clients
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to work crossfunctionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Ability to deepdive into a problem with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting and have sound judgment and flexibility

Bbinstant is a must-try shopping experience that ensures that consumers get their basic needs covered 24x7. BigBasket is creating milestones in the online grocery market and has recently re-hauled its supply chains across cities to fulfill orders faster. The company's operations have expanded to 8 cities in India.
