Zycus is Looking for a selfdriven, detailoriented content writer / content developer to produce highquality learning materials for Zycus, which is fast paced, result oriented productbased organization. The content creator will update existing content, create byte sized videos, generate novel work, and identify new ways to improve content quality.

What will you be doing?

Your role will involve understanding the details of and around the product and articulating them in a clear, concise, and illustrated manner.
This role requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
You must be able to distil complex SaaS based information into clear, concise text and videos.
You should be well versed with either one of the video editing software like Camtasia/Captivate/Articulate360/Storyline/Adobe Learning Manager/SnagIT.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, SMEs, to obtain an understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
Determine the needs of endusers of technical documentation and create Feature Guides, FAQs, Onboarding Guides, Help Documentation, Troubleshooting Guides, Training Manuals, Release Notes, and other documentation.
Design and develop product explanation videos and other engaging content to impart product knowledge to various stakeholders.
Audit and update the content regularly to ensure relevance with incremental product feature releases, customer use cases, support issues, and other internal developments.

Job Requirement

What will you require to be successful in this role:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content creation/learning materials creation or technical content writing for SaaS based products.

Exceptional technical writing, video creation and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of Zycus in various types of content.

3. Well versed with any one of the video editing software like Camtasia/Captivate/Articulate360/Storyline/Adobe Learning Manager/SnagIT.
