Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive training program on Lean Six Sigma, from Yellow Belt to Master Black Belt level.
  • Conduct TQM and 5S training sessions, focusing on quality management and organizational efficiency.
  • Assess and certify team members at various belt levels of Six Sigma.
  • Mentor and coach employees throughout their Lean Six Sigma training and projects.
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Track and report on training progress, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in process excellence and training.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a proven track record as a trainer.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma within a BPO or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Kaizen, TQM, and 5S methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and engage participants.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
