Accounts Assistant - Cannanore, India - SHABARI COTTONS Pvt Ltd
Description
Duties and responsibilities- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Associate's degree in commerce or accounting.
- 6 months to 1 year experience.
- Proficiency with computers and accounting software, strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Good at excel.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
