Customer Care Executive - Bhiwandi, India - Minarc
Description
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company- Assist customers as needed with setting up associated with a product or service
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Handling inbound calls from client on product related to functional and technical query.
- Provide Online/Onsite support to customers
- Requirement Analysis
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,666.00 per month
