Description
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company

  • Assist customers as needed with setting up associated with a product or service
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Handling inbound calls from client on product related to functional and technical query.
  • Provide Online/Onsite support to customers
  • Requirement Analysis
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,666.00 per month
