Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Procurement of Groceries, Vegetables, Fruits, Dairy Products ,House keeping ,Laundry, Lenin, Staff uniforms.
Good Negotiation & communication skills
Preparation of purchase orders and amendment orders
Process indents by requesting quotations, preparing comparative statements and to assist INCHARGE for finalizing orders
Expedite orders and followup on suppliers
Coordinate with stores / user departments on the purchase requirements
Prepare correspondence relating to the purchase of materials, requiring some independence of judgement
Compile, compute and tabulate the data for reports to be generated for MIS
Maintain records and files
Collect information on products and keep the superiors informed of the market trend
Coordinate with accounts and receiving section in settling payment to the suppliers
Perform related work as required by the department

06-08 Years in Hospitality /Restaurant industry / F&B purchase at Hospitals.
