Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare and study valuations Financial Modelling
Prepare Information Memorandum, Corporate Presentations, Pitch deck
Arrange investor meets and roadshows
Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions
Cognizant of current news, relevant event sand critical issues.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication and networking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with mínimal supervision
Ability to organize and track over lapping task assignments, with frequent priority changes
Salary:
₹8, ₹29,862.87 per month
