Roles & Responsibility

Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques to derive meaningful insights and trends.
Develop predictive models, algorithms, and simulations to address business challenges and improve decisionmaking processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify key metrics, design experiments, and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and improve analytical methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Education & Skill set required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
46 years of handson experience in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and modeling.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience working in [specific industry or domain] is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
