Position:
Customer Support Executive


Location:
Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurgaon


Salary:
Upto29,000 CTC


Shift: 24/7, Majority Night Shift as per US hours / 5 Days working

Skillset:


  • Communication should be Excellent like B2 or C1 US English both Verbal and Written
Typing Speed: 35 WPM, 90%


Qualification:
Graduation

Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to BIRD Electric Vehicle Process customers in the US
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Types:
