Description
Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure implementation of bank processes with respect to new Paylater Partnerships

  • Project management including day to day execution of the program once the program has been launched
  • Communicate effectively with interrelated departments for various operational activities and processing of reports
  • Understand the product key features, processes involved ( e.g. vendor payments processing, invoice processing, reports monitoring, etc) for ensure smooth execution of the same.
  • Ensure Cross functional alignment and drive execution from internal stakeholders.
  • Share data, insights and best practices from within the company and outside to constantly help improve the processes.
  • Follow standardized processes and maintain TAT.
  • Trouble shooting, solutioning and cost optimization of internal processes
  • Identify cross sell activities from the project and implement process to drive benefits from the opportunity,
  • Deferral and exception Management
  • Be updated on various policies and guidelines; changes in process and procedures & amendments that affect the working of the project.

Job Requirements:


  • Graduate from a recognised university
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in MIS and Operations management is required
  • Strong verbal and written Communication
  • Relationship Management Skill
  • Analytical skills with the ability to drive insights for business
  • Process oriented and eyefordetail
  • High focus on quality of work with an attitude to get the things done
  • Ability to get work done in conjunction with different teams
