Executive, Talent Acquisition (US)

  • Manage multiple priority roles for ARCHER US office
  • Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
  • Post all positions on US recruiting sited through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
hiring manager.

  • Conduct preliminary interviews as part of the screening process to get information on
their work history, job skills, training, and education, and inform them of the position's

duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions

  • Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and
  • Arranging telephone, video, or inperson interviews with Hiring Manager
  • Well versed with various US Terms like W2, 1099, US Visas, FLSA, etc
  • Performing background and reference checks
  • Willingness to work in Night Shifts
  • Need Min 13 years of International Recruitment experience
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed
  • Must have ability to Research and Self Learning
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical
questions a potential hire may have

  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Strong social aptitude to build relationships
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a
related field

  • 35 years US recruitment experience
  • Handson with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ATS

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹500, ₹637,000.00 per year
