About the team

The Transfer Agency is a division responsible for Transaction Operations, Processing and associated functions of mutual funds for various clients.

At FIS we provide service to clients via various channels like Transaction processing, Calls, Chat etc. The customer support may include but not limited to Accounts set up, Shareholder data maintenance, overall record keeping.

What you will be doing

Perform all assigned transaction processing, quality control, and associated tasks and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with Client Delivery
Operations policies, procedures and governing regulations.
Ensure that all assigned transaction processing and quality control are completed in accordance with the quality standards and turnaround times set by the Client Delivery
Operations.
Carry out assigned system testing functions. Participate and provide feedback to business process and procedural realignment projects.

Good English language skills
01 years' experience in working with data will be a plus
Excellent communication skills, persistence and tact
Ability to work with a team within a global/international environment
Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Handle internal customers' inquiries, ability to make decision and work independently
