Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for office interior projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications for projects using SketchUp and AutoCAD software.
  • Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulations, as well as client requirements.
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical support to the team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure accurate coordination of design details.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with design specifications.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 34 years of experience in the interior design industry.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD software is a must.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Enscape is desirable, but not essential. Willingness to learn is a must.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
