Position Overview:

As a Receptionist at Medinetix Healthcare Private Limited, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service by greeting patients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and effectively communicating with them to promote our services.

Your role will also involve using your persuasive skills to encourage patients to choose our healthcare services and assist them throughout their visit.


Key Responsibilities:

Greet Patients: Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our healthcare facility.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling using our electronic system. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure appointment slots are appropriately filled while accommodating patient preferences.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide clear instructions regarding appointments, procedures, and paperwork.

Convincing Skills: Utilize your persuasive skills to effectively promote Medinetix Healthcare's services and facilities. Encourage patients to choose our healthcare solutions by highlighting their benefits and advantages.

Patient Assistance: Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork, insurance forms, and other documentation. Provide guidance and support throughout the registration process.

Problem Resolution: Handle patient complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Work towards resolving problems to ensure patient satisfaction.

Maintain Records: Maintain accurate patient records, including personal information, appointment details, and billing records. Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with medical staff, administrative personnel, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:
