Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:


  • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to accompany written materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.

Content Strategy:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Conduct research to identify current trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

Social Media Management:


  • Manage and grow social media accounts by posting regular content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Develop social media campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.

SEO and Analytics:


  • Implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on content effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive content.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure content meets their needs and objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.

Project Management:


  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with external freelancers and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of content assets and project progress.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven portfolio of published content, including written articles, graphics, and videos.

Skills:


  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
