Description

Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, aiming for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior personnel for further investigation and resolution.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift
  • US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • US Process: 1 year (preferred)
