Customer Support Executive - Mohali, Punjab, India - Excent Solutions
Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, aiming for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior personnel for further investigation and resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- US Process: 1 year (preferred)
