DGM - Accounts & Finance


Job Responsibility:


  • Coordination with Auditors for Half Yearly IFC Audit
  • Coordination with Auditors for Quarterly Internal Audit and Statutory Audit
  • Preparation of Quarterly Results & Financial Statements
  • Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements
  • Preparation of MIS and other reports
  • Review of Quarterly Financial Information for Board Meeting
  • Preparation of Advance Tax Workings and Yearly Computation
  • Coordination for Income Tax Notices with tax consultants
  • Preparation / Review of Income Tax Returns
  • Coordination and Review for GST Audit and Returns
  • RBI Returns & Reporting
  • Preparation of Policies (other than secretarial policies)
  • Preparing the SOP's for IFC Audits
  • Preparation of details as per revised requirements under CARO / respective Accounting Standards and coordinating with Auditors

Skills / Other Attributes Required:

  • Smart time management & working skills

Desired profile:


  • Qualified
    CA with 810 yrs of experience post articleship & post qualification
  • Experience of working with a corporate office handling multiple company accounts is mandatory
  • Independently handling accounts upto finalization.
  • Should have handled audits independently.
  • Knowledge of latest Indian Accounting Principles and taxation guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of Tally Software, GST, Indian Accounting Standards, TDS etc is a must

Salary:
₹2,500, ₹2,700,000.00 per year

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
