Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients using Manhattan WMS software.
Test and validate new software releases, system upgrades and patches for Manhattan WMS software.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues identified in the testing process.
Develop test plans, test cases, and execute tests to validate software functionality and identify potential defects.
Provide quality assurance services by performing functional and regression testing on software products.
Document test results, defects, and communicate progress regularly with the project team.
Provide postimplementation support for clients using Manhattan WMS software.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience working with Manhattan WMS software.
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and supply chain management.
Proficiency in software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience in developing test plans and test cases.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Excellent problemsolving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks and meet project timelines.
Strong attention to detail.
