Responsibilities:


  • Designing, Executing & Overseeing Sales & Marketing plans for company's programs, products, and services
  • Setting of Sales Goals & Targets for each product category
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales
and marketing objectives & targets

  • Creating, Acquiring & Compiling Database of Schools
  • Creating business proposals, and contracts for school clients
  • Travelling to schools across the country when needed for the purpose of Sales & Marketing
  • Setting Up & Meeting School Owners, Directors, Principals & HODs to share about
company offering's

  • Negotiating with schools heads and closing deals to maximize revenue & profitability
  • Maintaining longterm relationship with schools through follow up, freebies, meetups
  • Representing Company in Conferences on stage, stalls & networking meets
  • Building partnerships with channel partners, institutions, businesses, governments etc
  • Overseeing design, delivery & storage of all promotional materials
  • Making & analyzing sales & marketing budgets, sales reports, excel spreadsheets & presentations.
  • Researching and analyzing market data, trends, and competitors.
  • Tracking, Monitoring & Reporting all Marketing & Sales data to top management.
  • Prospecting, negotiating, hiring & managing vendors related to Sales & Marketing
  • Coordinating with all supporting departments for achievement of organizational goals.
  • Post Graduate degree in any of the below
  • Sales, Marketing, Education Management,
Business Development or related field.

  • Extensive working experience (>3 years) in Sales, Marketing in Education Industry.
Emotional Learning/Character Education)

  • Existing Network & Contacts with atleast 50 Schools owners/director/principals.
  • Track Record of High Growth, High Sales (Annual >INR 50 Lakhs)
  • Willing to travel frequently to meet schools in multiple cities
  • Experience in making & analyzing sales & marketing budgets, sales reports, spreadsheets
& presentations.

  • Wellversed in the latest sales and marketing techniques as well as triedandtested
practices.

  • High level of written & spoken proficiency in English.
Working Clauses & Requirements

  • This is a Full Time Job
  • Will have to sign binding legal contract with Val-Ed Initiatives regarding confidentiality of
sales processes, vendors, clients, commercials, reports, length of service, post-exit clause

etc

  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet schools in various cities (10 days per month)
  • Willingness to work stretched hours as per need
Special Clauses

  • The incumbent would serve a probation period of 3 months followed by a performance
review, the positive result of which would lead to confirmation of permanent employment.

  • In the event of nonwillingness to continue the working relationship, a notice period of 2 months would apply.

Salary:
₹50, ₹51,492.41 per month
