Job Description:
Responsibilities:
a) Perform nursing duties with utmost care, compassion, and professionalism.
b) Establish and maintain tie-ups with hospitals, clinics, pathlabs, and corporate entities for lab outsourcing.
c) Collaborate with CGHS, DGEHS, MCD, NDMC dispensaries, and other healthcare facilities for patient sample collection and test outsourcing, including home collection services.
d) Liaise with government and private hospitals for lab outsourcing partnerships.
e) Organize camps and promotional activities, if required, to raise awareness about our services.
f) Provide daily reports of activities and maintain records of contact details for future follow-up scheduling.
g) Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and referral clinics to enhance the Good Looks & Laser Centre brand and increase patient inflow to the hospital.
Areas of Coverage:
The primary focus will be on Jalandhar, Punjab.
Leave Policy:
All listed Gazetted holidays and Sundays are allowed as leaves. In the event that an employee works on these days, overtime compensation will be provided according to their remuneration.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Cosmetology Diploma or Experience will be given preference.
- Valid nursing license from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Proven experience as a nurse, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to perform nursing duties proficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to organize and coordinate events and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
- Strong work ethic, dedication, and a patientcentric approach.
Job Types:

Contract length: 13 months
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
