Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Coordinate with Vendors and push for the closures on daily basis

Required skills and qualifications

Two or more years of experience in Blue Collar hiring
Some one who can be on top of numbers
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills
Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
Ability to travel when required
