Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist who can oversee all aspects of search engine optimization, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Perform keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for content optimization and PPC campaigns.
Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for search engines and user experience.
Conduct onpage SEO activities such as meta tag optimization, URL structure optimization, and internal linking to improve website ranking and indexing.
Execute offpage SEO techniques including link building, guest blogging, and social bookmarking to enhance website authority and domain credibility.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance and search engine crawling/indexing.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Generate regular reports on SEO performance, campaign metrics, and ROI to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on both onpage and offpage SEO techniques.
Expertise in technical SEO, including website audits, crawlability, site speed optimization, and structured data markup.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
Handson experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Selfmotivated and proactive with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords) and digital marketing are a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
