    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced HR Strategy and Transformation Specialist to lead our HR initiatives and drive organizational excellence.

    The Specialist will play a crucial role in aligning HR with strategic management, developing human capital, managing talent, fostering collaboration, driving change, and enhancing HR capabilities.


    We are a forward-thinking organization committed to leveraging HR strategy, transformation, and organizational development (OD) to drive sustainable growth and innovation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Aligning HR with Strategy:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate HR strategies into overall business plans.

    Developing Human Capital:

    • Design and execute strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
    • Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

    Managing Talent:

    • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
    • Identify key talent gaps and implement strategies to address them effectively.

    Fostering Collaboration:

    • Create a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments and functions.
    • Facilitate crossfunctional projects and initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency.

    Driving Change:

    • Lead HR transformation initiatives to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics.
    • Champion organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.

    Enhancing HR Capabilities:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes, systems, and capabilities.
    • Implement AIpowered solutions and leverage insights from the LinkedIn community to enhance HR Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 5 + years Proven experience in HR strategy, transformation, and organizational development.
    • Strong knowledge of HR Strategy, Employee engagement, HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
