Location:
Mathikere,Bangalore

Experience: 1-3 years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address QHSE issues.
  • Provide training and support to employees on QHSE practices and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on relevant QHSE legislation and industry best practices.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 13 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
