Job duties of Sales Executive

  • Presenting and selling of products/services using well mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
  • Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Reach out to customer leads through follow ups
  • Providing customers with product knowledge regarding jewelry types and styles
  • Cleaning and repairing jewelry items to prepare them for sale
  • Maintaining a inventory of diamonds, precious stones, metals, and other materials used to make jewelry
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.

  • Flexible to work till late if & when required.

Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

  • Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales representative: 1 year (preferred)
