Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor level preferable in GIS
Experience of up to 2 year in GIS technical support with a proven track record in lieu of qualifications
Proficient use of computers (MS Office, Word).
Strong Knowledge of GIS & Auto CAD Map
Conscientious, attentive to detail, customer focused and organised
Proactive problem solver
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
Confidence in dealing with colleagues/clients within UK
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to support their business needs
Enthusiastic, able to adopt a flexible approach to varying workload.

Responsibilities

To provide admin/technical support to a multidisciplinary office.
To be a competent user of the various systems / databases / Auto CAD/ GIS.
General administration, i.e., filing and data input
To be a team player and deliver responsibilities by meeting deadlines
Monitor incoming and outgoing workload, and inform the seniors / Team Leader of any issues.
To liaise with the UK team on a daily basis and build up a good working relationship
To carry out additional ad hoc activities as required by seniors / Line managers.
To have flexibility for potentially working UK hours
To support various Utility Solutions business units as and when required
