Description
Job Objective:
- To ensure building and operationalizing the consumer service / installation teams in their respective territories
- Ensure to deliver on customer centric KPIs i.e. NPS.
- Ensure complaint management and personally attend to major consumer complaints in the region and ensure fast resolution.
- Manage and drive service providers in the allocated territory.
- Build capacity & capabilities in the installation teams.
- Implement initiatives inline with Tata Steel expectations.
- Trade satisfaction management i.e to visit trade and ensure resolution of issues.
