Job Objective:


  • To ensure building and operationalizing the consumer service / installation teams in their respective territories
  • Ensure to deliver on customer centric KPIs i.e. NPS.
  • Ensure complaint management and personally attend to major consumer complaints in the region and ensure fast resolution.
  • Manage and drive service providers in the allocated territory.
  • Build capacity & capabilities in the installation teams.
  • Implement initiatives inline with Tata Steel expectations.
  • Trade satisfaction management i.e to visit trade and ensure resolution of issues.
