Job Description
You know the various
agile processes and
methodologies and that you have worked in several agile setups for
minimum 8 years:
You have a fundamental understanding of software development processes and procedures and know how to improve technical outcomes by shaping processes and the work environment
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
You are passionate about creating an environment of trust, you inspire people to perform their best and work together as a team and you are genuinely interested in helping other people succeed
You have an ongoing appetite for learning
You are quick at reacting and adapting to changes and knowledge sharing comes naturally to you
You have empathy and a natural curiosity for cultural differences and good communication skills in English
You have an open personality and a "yes, we can"attitude
You are structured, disciplined, and devoted to excellence
You are independent and good at planning and driving your own work
Orchestrating the daily scrum meetings and engaging with all team members to ensure everyone is working towards the sprint goals facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
Identifying and removing potential impediments to the reach the sprint goals eliminating or managing any emerging dependencies through the sprint, escalating where necessary coaching and guiding the team through clear communication and transparency
Collaborating with other Scrum Masters in Gurgaon and from the development teams in our other locations in Denmark, Poland and Georgia
