Roles and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Fiver and PPH. Upwork experience is a must and a strong profile on one or more mentioned platforms is a bonus.
  • Create a strong pipeline of new projects.
  • Build quality and competitive proposals.
  • Quality project selection and bidding.
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Interact with potential clients as per schedule and close deals.
  • Constantly provide suggestions and improve bidding by learning the latest trends.
  • Communicate and present effectively to all the client levels.
  • Daily reporting to manager for work done and defining strategies

  • Any Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • You are a hunter with a passion for bidding and new business opportunities.
  • Selfmotivated team player and an excellent networker.
  • Salesdriven, analytical, creative, and resultoriented.
  • Ability to thrive in an intensely competitive and dynamic market.
  • Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
  • Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Should have English proficiency

Pay:
₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
