Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team.

As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of construction projects, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements, comply with relevant regulations, and are completed within budget and schedule.

Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance the quality of life for the occupants.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with clients and understanding their vision, requirements, and budget constraints to design customized solutions
Developing architectural plans, layouts, and models using computeraided design (CAD) software and traditional methods
Conducting site visits to assess factors such as environmental impact, structural integrity, and feasibility of proposed designs Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
Overseeing construction progress and ensuring that the work is executed in accordance with the plans, building codes, and quality standards
Liaising with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to coordinate and ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio of successfully completed projects
Proficiency in using CAD software and other architectural programs Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex architectural concepts to clients and stakeholders

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
