Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop curriculum for coding courses based on industry best practices and educational standards.
  • Conduct coding classes for students, ensuring that lessons are interactive, handson, and tailored to meet the needs of different learning styles.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and tests, and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth and improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in coding languages and educational methodologies, and integrate new tools and techniques into teaching practices.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and educators to share resources, ideas, and best practices for enhancing the learning experience.
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, education, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, C, C++,PHP,HTML /CSS Full Stack with handson knowledge in software development or programming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts and build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan lessons, manage resources, and track student progress.
  • Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate the individual needs and interests of students.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay:
₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
