  • Well versed with Finance Transformation and Operations.
  • Extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Implementing various F&A Tools, ERP.
  • Led digital transformation projects and various tools implementation
  • Subject Matter Expertise in predominantly leading R2R tower along with good knowledge in other in P2P & OTC.
  • Should have Solutioning or Sales exposure.
  • Experience in TOM (Target Operating Model)
  • Excellent experience in Process Transformation.
  • Client relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Automation & RPA Exposure and Experience
  • Should have Consulting Mindset
  • Industry Outlook & Exposure to Multiple Industry segments
  • Supporting Growth, Sell Services & Product Development
  • Contract & Process Compliance & People Management

Primary Skills:

years of proven experience in BPO in a global complex environment

  • Additional Certification are desired like Lean/Six Sigma
  • Should have led large client Delivery/Transformation delivery in the F&A space
  • Subject matter expert in the F&A domain has a high level of expertise on Record to Report (R2R) processes including Controllership & Analysis, with a good level of understanding on P2P and O2C
  • Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including Automation using Industry Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills

Secondary Skills:


  • Leading multiple Service lines for a large Account in a matrix reporting relationship
  • Prior experience in an MNC or BPO work culture
  • Very good communication skills (both written and oral);
  • Ability and comfort interacting with midmanagement on client's side;
  • Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office;
  • Must have experience with process design and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail
