Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls to lead or data of customers and potential clients
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about UK Admissions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information
  • Meet or exceed performance goals
  • Follow up with customers regularly without any gap
  • Generate maximum walkins for more enrollments
  • Achive given targets on time
  • Any graduate with 1+ years experience in telecalling, Freshers can also apply
  • Good Command over English
  • Speaking and Writing.
  • Sales oriented and target driven attitude
  • Sales, Presentation and convincing skills.
  • Profession approach towards clients.
  • Result driven.
