Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as billing, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to promote services/products.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
