1. Should have hands-on experience in Office365 admin console management


  • Should have hands-on experience in the implementation of Office365 tools like OneDrive and Skype for business, teams
  • Should be familiar with Office365 PowerShell commands and must have hands-on experience
  • Have knowledge of managing windows server AD server, DNS server, SQL server etc. and desktop related issues and configurations
  • Should have basic knowledge of networking (routing policies and traffic flow)
  • Should be able to provide remote support for US/Europe users
  • Must have worked on remote support tools like TeamViewer, LogMeIn etc
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Knowledge on Firewall and Antivirus console will be plus point
