Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:


  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and acquiring new customers.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

Customer Communication:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Order Processing:


  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.

Data Management:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and order details.
  • Update customer databases and CRM systems with relevant information.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.

Sales Coordination:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
