Regulatory Restrictions
Restriction as per Scheme Information Document

Monitor non-codeable restrictions

Half yearly review and testing of all Investment restrictions set in the system

Passive Breach monitoring and tracking the compliance on the same as per FIM and SEBI Regulations

Resolution of Active Breaches

Resolution of Passive Breaches

Clearing of False Breaches
-
Cross checking of overrides
-
Reporting of passive breaches for various forums

Handling Internal and External Audit for Investment Restrictions
