  • Skills:
  • Developing long-term relationships with channel partners, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Searching for new channel partners who will benefit from company services and maximizing client potential in designated region.
  • Coordinating effectively with sales/ delivery teams to develop new / existing business.
  • Capability to chase prospects / leads / opportunities by all means & lead to closure.
  • Exposure to sell IThardware (Laptop/desktop/servers/storages/networking components) services & dedicated resource selling.
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively within the team and with the rest of the organization as well.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the daytoday relationship management of channel partners
  • Act as a liaison between Comprint and assigned channel partners.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of Comprint personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct teams.
  • Ensures partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
  • Identifies partner GTM &/or services offerings; working with partner sales resources, services, marketing, etc. develop & launch offerings to point of incremental join revenue achievement.
  • Builds relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners.
