What is the recruitment process:

As a small team (~50 folks), it's imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation (telephonic/video conference) with us will last about 4060 minutes. The process will occur over telephonic calls, so you don't need to worry about travel.


Communication Evaluation:

This is a short assessment to make sure that you meet the communication (written) standards required in the job.
Skill Assessment Task: This will be a task that assesses you on the core skills you'll need to succeed in this role.
Technical conversation: This will be a telephonic call with our current Admissions team wherein you can expect to be further evaluated on your sales skills and other competencies needed for the job (mentioned below).
Culture fit conversation:

  • A telephonic conversation with our founder to see if there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.

  • Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer mentioning the relevant details

Compensation:

The stipend will be Rs. 15,000 per month
Campus Ambassadors Role Description

What you will be doing:

Developing an indepth knowledge of the program that Kraftshala wants to promote Ensuring maximum strength in the sessions conducted by the organization. Building a network of students and teachers in your college to make them believe in our Program Ideating and executing engaging campaigns in your college to create awareness Publicizing information by displaying posters on notice boards and sharing them online Becoming the primary point of contact between the brand and student community Addressing the queries of students regarding the events, the program and all doubts about the program
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Pursuing College Full
  • time
  • Good networking skills, communication and interpersonal relationship with the student community and faculty
Digitalsavvy
Location: This is a remote job, but you need to come to the office once a week for a weekly report.
