As a
Junior HVAC BIM Modeler, your primary responsibilities would include:

Creating and Maintaining 3D Models: You'll use BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit) to create accurate and detailed 3D models of building projects, specifically focusing on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.

Collaboration: You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that the models align with project requirements. Effective communication and collaboration are essential.

Accuracy and Quality: Ensuring the accuracy of the models is crucial. You'll need to pay attention to detail and adhere to industry standards.

Conflict Resolution: Use the 3D models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase. This involves coordinating with other services (such as electrical, plumbing, and structural) to ensure seamless integration.

Knowledge of Mechanical Systems: A strong understanding of various mechanical systems (such as HVAC layouts, ductwork, and equipment) is essential.
