As the Pricing Professional in our Home Lending Pricing team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

**Job Responsibilities: - Ensure that reports are insightful and contain commentary on key movements and watch items. Proactively look for trends and drivers and provide analytical inputs to customers

  • Serve as a liaison between Firmwide P&A, lines of business, Functional Finance teams and other support teams in order to provide impactful reporting, planning and insightful analysis
  • Produce pricing strategy presentations, recommendations, impact of price change, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participate and support adhoc special projects and requests as needed
  • Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative margin analysis along with recommendations
  • Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and adhoc)
  • Conduct \"deep dive\" analysis on key issues impacting client to determine root cause and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners across P&A, lines of business and the firm to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and adhoc initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders: firmwide, Functional Finance and lines of business teams
  • Understanding about Bond pricing, capital markets
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • CA/ MBA (Finance) (or similar educational background) with 2+ years of postqualification relevant experience in banking industry
  • Strong analytical skills(Tableau/Alteryx)
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously within team environment
  • Ability to research issues/problems and provide a 'solutionbased' approach
  • Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment
  • Expert knowledge of Excel (i.e. use of pivot tables, macros, arrays, etc), MS Access

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Mortgage Banking experience.
