Nivoda is looking for an experienced Finance Associate to join our team.

This role, based in Mumbai, and provides an opportunity to be a part of the Accounts Payable Team of a rapidly growing company.

This is a Contract Role for a period of 3 to 6 months.

You will be responsible for Supplier Account Reconciliations and ensuring complete accuracy and timely communication of the status for all the suppliers accounts.

What you'll do:

Monthly Reconciliation of All Supplier Statements All Invoices and Payments as per statement should match with the Platform/ERP Match all Invoices against the POs as well on Platform Take the required action after reconciliation - booking of missing invoices, duplicate invoice/payment etc.

Co-ordinate with Supplier Team to close the pending cases Keep the Reconciliation Tracker up to date for all suppliers with all relevant comments Flexible to take up additional tasks as per requirement- Support other team members for any query resolutions/additional tasks

What you'll need:

Experience of 6 months to 1 year in Accounts Payable
B.Com degree
Ability to deliver under strict deadlines
Proficient in using Excel / Google Sheets for analysis
Able to adapt and respond to changing environment
Highly trustworthy and a high level of integrity, whilst maintaining a positive attitude, by always doing the right thing in the correct way
Clear and effective communication skills
Proactive approach, and very much used to taking ownership
