Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan to identify and target new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Sales Experience is must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
