Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan to identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Qualifications:


  • Any Graduate
  • Sales Experience is must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
