Education:
Hotel Management Course required

Experience: 3-4 years of experience required


Skillset:

  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
  • Knowledge of hotel policies, room types, and local attractions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.


Guest Assistance:
Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and any special requests or needs they may have.


Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive attitude.


Information Desk:
Provide accurate information about the facility, services, and local attractions to assist guests in making informed decisions.


Feedback Handling:
Collect and record guest feedback, suggestions, and complaints, and report them to the relevant departments for improvement.


VIP Services:
Cater to the needs of VIP guests and ensure they receive personalized and enhanced services.


Special Events:
Coordinate and assist with special events, celebrations, or conferences hosted by the organization.


Conflict Resolution:
Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes between guests or with staff members in a professional and diplomatic manner.


Safety and Security:
Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established protocols and procedures.


Upselling:
Promote additional services or products to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenue for the organization.


Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and preferences.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations.
  • Knowledge of the organization's facilities and services.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and technology for reservations and guest management.
  • Multilingual skills may be an asset, especially in touristheavy areas.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is often preferred.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
