  • Job Description
    Primary responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Maintain OSS systems and resolving problems which are reported by operation
  • Act as customer's local interface for service delivery and support for OSS and service fulfilment product
  • Network operations service as per defined SLAs.
  • Preventive and Corrective maintenance of OSS network elements and customer acceptance
  • Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer problems within SLA.
  • Execute Care tasks as per contract and SLA.

Key Skills/ Experience
**Domain knowledge of:

  • Service Orchestration
  • Service Assurance & Inventory
  • TM Forum Framework & Process
  • Network Domain (Core/Transport/Access layer)
  • Working experience on Nokia OSS is added advantage.
  • 510 Years of Experience on various OSS systems.
