You will monitor communication channels for correctness, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality will be essential to the success of our platform.

What does a "Quality Assurance Executive" do?

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive responsible for ensuring that products, services, or processes meet or exceed established quality standards. Their primary objective is to identify and address any quality-related issues to improve overall organizational satisfaction and organizational performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Verify signups and user accounts to ensure compliance with registration requirements and data accuracy.
  • Review voice recordings for accuracy, adherence to guidelines, and quality assurance purposes.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to users based on the review of voice recordings.
  • Identify and report any issues or irregularities in user activities or content to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as Customer Support and Operations, to address qualityrelated concerns and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation and records of quality assessment results and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, guidelines, and best practices to ensure accurate quality assessments and feedback.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, content moderation, or a similar role.
