IT Sales Executive - Noida, India - Vtechys LLC
Description
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
- Conduct consultations to assess client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our IT offerings.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the endtoend sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development.
- Provide feedback to enhance product features and address client needs.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and share insights with the team.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecast, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of successful IT sales experience.
- Familiarity with a variety of IT products and services.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical concepts to nontechnical clients.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a focus on results.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
