Description

Responsibilities:


  • Business Development:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Conduct consultations to assess client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our IT offerings.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
  • Manage the endtoend sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development.
  • Provide feedback to enhance product features and address client needs.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and share insights with the team.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecast, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record of successful IT sales experience.
  • Familiarity with a variety of IT products and services.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical concepts to nontechnical clients.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a focus on results.
  • Technology Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
