Key Responsibilities:


User Research:


  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations.
  • Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.

Wireframing and Prototyping:


  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.

Design System and Style Guides:


  • Contribute to design system and style guide development.
  • Ensure consistency across platforms and integrate brand assets seamlessly.

UI Design:


  • Create polished, brandaligned user interfaces with attention to detail.
  • Develop highfidelity mockups and design comps.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure brand consistency in UI elements.
  • Design responsive interfaces for consistent experiences.

Animation and Micro interactions:


  • Implement subtle animations and micro interactions for user engagement.
  • Ensure animations enhance, not distract, the user experience.

Usability Testing:


  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback.
  • Analyze usability test results and make datadriven design decisions.

User Journey Mapping:


  • Map user journeys for a seamless and delightful experience.
  • Identify touchpoints and interactions.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of designs.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to crossfunctional teams.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:


  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Documentation:


  • Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Solid understanding of usercentered design principles.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools and graphic design software.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, agile environment.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile design.
  • Knowledge of frontend development technologies is a plus.

Pay:
₹400, ₹900,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • UI: 1 year (preferred)
  • UX: 1 year (preferred)
